1. Ordering

We're based in Pune and all orders are packed and sent from our Pune warehouse.

For orders upto ₹5000, delivery charges are ₹200. For orders over ₹5000, delivery charges are ₹600.

We take the utmost care to ship your products as safely as possible. We use protective packaging and cushions to wrap your products so that when they arrive to you, they will be in perfect condition.

You're able to purchase without an account, however, you'll be given the option to create one when you checkout. We recommend this as you'll be able to save your delivery address, view your past orders and save time when ordering in the future.

Simply navigate to your item of choice. Click the 'ADD TO BAG' button which automatically adds the item to your shopping bag. You can see the number of items in your bag indicated by the bag icon at the top right of the page. Once you've added all the items you want to buy, hover over the red bag icon.

Option 1 - Faster checkout

For faster payment, you can go directly to the checkout (skipping the bag page) using the mini-bag dropdown. Check all the items are correct, and if necessary amend any quantities. Input any order or gifting notes in the box provided and click on 'CHECKOUT' to proceed straight to the checkout. You'll be given the option to pay by debit/credit card, netbanking or digital wallet at the checkout.

Option 2 - Normal checkout

Clicking on the bag icon will take you to the page with your bag. Check all the items are correct, and if necessary amend any quantities and input any order notes in the box provided. Once you're happy, click 'PAY BY CARD' to proceed to payment.

2. Payment

You can pay for your order using all major credit cards, debit cards, netbanking and digital wallets.

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is now available for orders upto ₹5000. An additional ₹300 will be charged for all COD orders.

The COD option is only available for orders upto ₹5,000.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupee (INR) and will be charged in Indian Rupee (INR) at the checkout.

Yes, please drop us a mail at info@starrynight.co.in after placing your order.

Once you've ordered, you'll be directed to an order confirmation page containing your order number. You'll also receive a confirmation email with the items you've purchased, your order total and the billing and delivery address.

Please double-check everything is correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything's wrong. Once our warehouse team have processed your order, you'll receive a second email to let you know your order has been dispatched and to provide you with a tracking number.

We try our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, therefore any changes will need to be on a case by case basis depending on whether the order has been processed.

In any case, please contact us as soon as possible to request a change, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

3. Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. For India orders, items will be delivered via Delhivery, Xpressbees or Blue Dart within 7 working days (Monday - Saturday) from the time of order dispatch. Order tracking details will be shared once order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre.

Our delivery partner will be in touch to rearrange delivery for the next working day.

You can check the progress of your order using the tracking link sent to you via email once your item has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.
