Non-registered users:
If you don’t have a Starry Night account or if this is your first time shopping with us, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest. Creating an account will let you check out faster with saved billing and shipping information, review your order history and tracking.
Enter shipping information. Enter the name, address and phone for where you would like your order shipped.
Select shipping. Choose your preferred shipping option for the item(s) you have chosen.
Enter billing information. Enter your billing name, address and phone number as it appears on your credit card statement. Your payment will not be accepted without the correct billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address should automatically appear on the billing and shipping page. If you are using a gift card or promotional code, enter that information on this page as well.
Place order. Here you'll find a summary of the items you are ordering, as well as the shipping and billing addresses for the order. Verify the information is correct and click "continue to payment"
Purchase summary. After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will give you your order number and pertinent details. Save or print this page for your records.
Order and shipment confirmations. We'll send you an order confirmation email with your order number that can be used to track your order in My Account. When your items ship, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with that information. If there are multiple items in your order, they may be shipped separately and could arrive on different days. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each separate shipment, if applicable.
We accept all major debit and credit card cards including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Netbanking, Gpay, Paytm and other digital wallets.
All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of placing the order and it typically takes 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order tracking page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.
We take the utmost care to ship your products as safely as possible. We use protective packaging and cushions to wrap your products so that when they arrive to you, they will be in perfect condition.
We ship all our orders through Delhivery, Fedex, Bluedart or Xpressbees. Tracking details will be shared once order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.
Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled online. Since we start working on orders as soon as it has been placed, we will not be able to cancel any orders. If you wish to change an order that has already been submitted, contact our customer service team to make this request, and we will make our best effort to do so. Please note that it might not be possible to change an order that is already in process.
If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible. Please drop us a mail at info@starrynight.co.in along with your order number and images of wrong item received. Be sure to complete this process within 3 days of the delivery date.
We would like to assure you that our chandeliers are made from top quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. To prove our confidence in our products, we are offering a 1 year warranty with all of our chandeliers against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period of time, we will repair or replace the chandelier free of charge.
When cleaning your chandeliers, please use a dry or damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning solutions that contains alcohol or ammonia which destroys the protective finish on the chandelier and causes them to tarnish. Use of these solutions voids our warranty
We do recommend an Electrician to do the electrical installation. Some of our customers hire an electrician to install the frame of the chandelier on their ceiling and then dress the crystals themselves.
The size of the chandelier does depend on the style as well as the location it will be hanging. The width, length, and height of the location play an important roll when determining the proportional size for the fixture. Other variables such as table size for dining rooms or window sizes for foyers also help when determining the size. Please start a chat with us and we will be glad to assist you in determining a proper size for your chandelier.
If your chandelier does not have a lot of crystals, we recommend a soft damp cloth without any solvents to clean your chandelier. If you have a chandelier with many crystals, we would recommend removing all crystals and cleaning it in a cleaning solution. Once the crystals are dry, hang them back in place and it is done. Be sure to follow this cleaning process once every few months to avoid heavy build up of dust.
We try to ship your order as complete as possible to give you the least amount of work to be done. If your fixture is small and not very fragile, we ship it completely assembled. If it is a large chandelier or a fragile chandelier, we have to ship it in a few parts for safe transportation. The assembly of the chandeliers is very easy and it can be installed with help of an electrician. If it is a crystal chandelier, the crystal strands will be prepared and ready to hang on the chandelier. If you have any questions during the assembly, you can always give us a call for assistance.
We use one of the finest quality crystals in the industry to dress our chandeliers. Our crystal is Full Lead Crystal, which has a 30% Lead Oxide content (highest in the industry). Each piece is cut and polished using the highest technology available to achieve maximum colour refraction and sparkle. All the prices for our chandeliers in our website are for the Full Lead Crystal. We do NOT mix and match lower quality crystals with our Full Lead Crystals for any of our chandeliers. We feel that using a lower quality crystal to dress any crystal chandelier goes against the grain, which is why we only use the finest the world has to offer. We are 100% sure that you will love the quality of our beautiful crystals.
